By default, only administrators of your site have full control over the MonsterInsights dashboard and settings panel. You can control who can see MonsterInsights reports and who can view and save the settings panel based on their user roles. Learn how to allow user roles to access the MonsterInsights reports and settings.
Before we get started, you’ll have the MonsterInsights plugin installed on your site and connect it to Google Analytics.
Then, log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Insights » Settings » Advanced » Permissions. Now you can see two fields as listed below. The field names are self-explanatory.
- Let these user roles see reports
- Let these user roles save settings
Click on the appropriate field and add user roles. Then, click the Save Changes button.
That’s it! You’ve allowed user roles to access the MonsterInsights reports and settings.
